Who We Are

Clinomics is part of the Clinglobal group, a global science-based and quality-driven group dedicated to accelerating innovation by providing services and solutions to the Animal Health industry. This organizational model provides Clinomics access to reputable and distinguished multidisciplinary expertise, allowing for rapid target product development, from discovery to proof of concept.

Clinomics employs a multidisciplinary team of scientists representing various research areas, such as microbiology, genetics, biochemistry, bioinformatics, and molecular biology. This multidisciplinary capacity improves efficiency in providing tailored solutions to clients. The competency of the staff component is affirmed by acquired academic qualifications at Hons, M.Sc, and Ph.D. levels. Moreover, some researchers have over 20 years of experience applying molecular biology and protein biochemistry to provide solutions to clients.

What We Do

Clinomics provides custom-applied biological solutions to clients in the Animal Health industry nationally and internationally.

The core specialties of Clinomics include genomic analysis of various sample matrices relevant to different industries, recombinant antibody and target protein production, bioinformatic analysis, and the analysis of large-scale field surveys for pathogens and associated mutations.

The team has expertise in an array of molecular techniques, including the design and expression of recombinant proteins in eukaryotic and prokaryotic systems; serological assay development, validation, and testing; bioinformatic analysis; pathogen detection; specialized molecular assay development and genomic analysis of parasites.

Services

Molecular Diagnostics
Clinomics offers molecular tests for various veterinary and zoonotic pathogenic targets. The laboratory strives to deliver accurate and reproducible results. By focusing on quality and embracing cutting-edge technology, Clinomics provides clients with high-quality results they can trust.
Serology
Serological diagnosis is based on either the demonstration of the presence of specific antibodies or the significant increase in the levels of a given antibody or antigen. Clinomics can develop custom assays for both of these serological targets.
Clinical Pathology
Through its state-of-the-art instrumentation and skilled teams, Clinomics offers clinical pathology services such as blood chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis. Sample handling, testing, and reporting can be performed in compliance with Good Clinical Practice and Good Laboratory Practice standards.
Specialized Molecular Assay Development
Having designed and validated more than 30 molecular detection tests, the Clinomics team is well-versed in developing specialized, fit-for-purpose assays. Please contact them to learn how they can assist you.
Genomic analysis of parasites
Clinomics’ genomic analysis unit offers in-house third-generation sequencing of target organisms with complete bioinformatic analysis. The service includes support to identify the target and insight into some of the most challenging genomic puzzles presented by parasites.
Recombinant protein production
The recombinant protein production and purification unit provides on-site access to the design and production of recombinant protein production strategies. Clinomics’ bacterial and fungal microbial production platforms provide targeted production options that can be optimized for scalability using the in-house bioreactor production workflow.
